Hi Jinu, Vijay and ITU team - is it possible to kindly move some questions posed in the chat function into the Q&A, so that it doesn't get lost in the chat? I am unable to do so myself given the panelist restrictions. Thanks in advance

Thank you Massimo. This is a great question and I think we need to reflect about how to galvanise the different stakeholders in a coordinated and structured manner as you say. The key point is collaboration and we perhaps need to give thought to establishing appropriate structures and mechanisms to facilitate this - I think the IMF and WB are well placed to take this further given our global membership. Let's think about this. :-)

Responding to Harish' question on messages to be shared with fellow central bankers who are pondering on tools such as CIISI-EU, I would remind that as central bankers, we need to recognize and live up to our responsibility in catalyzing efforts to collectively raise the bar for cyber resilience of the financial ecosystem. And as authorities, we are in a unique situation to do so by forging strategic relationships with the market, away from regulatory judgement. Central banks can use the building blocks of CIISI-EU as set out on the ECB's website to create own information and intelligence sharing initiatives. And we stand ready to discuss and support of course !
