regarding question 2....In fact, considering the possibility of scalability of digital verified certificate-based anti-spoofing methods, it is actually necessary to use a trusted and internationally recognized authority such as the ITU rather than other topic-oriented communities to implement the function of an authentication authority at the top (global) level as well as to do some work on universalizationa and standartization of trusted serticicates.... looking generally.... I guess responsibility for numveriuing assigmenbt could be "extended" for responsibilty of ensuring properly numbering usage by trusted certification.

Perhaps the Russian Federation will submit a contribution to SG2 (or SG11) along those lines.

Thinking on a parallel to numbering plans and related addressing, it makes sense, Nevertheless, we have a huge amount of address space assigned prior to our meeting today.

@Richard it is a good idea.... moreover, looking to the Q&A I see that some interopeerability between at least two mthods of anti-spoofing figting for SS7 domain are eloborated. It is an issue for SGs colloboration for further general approach, I guess
