data available? - even larger problem is the question what data is n o t available, where information (in all phases of disaster, not only in First Aid) is inappropriate (in terms of requirement, availability, not-in-time communication, not documented, quality, etc.)

@horst Kremers, absolutely and it's a huge problem. Access to accurate and disaggregated data is one of the core issues we face. We are struggling to bridge the data gaps but we are bridging them. When we can show the value of data for understating the challenges and creating solutions, that's when we can start to persuade Member States to report and use that data.
