What are your plans for the future? Organization of competitions like wesg wcg ? and how to initiate legalization of alliances in all states of the world. Because the sooner we start it, the sooner we become an Olympic sport.

If you are looking to the united states, check out NASEF for middle school and high school esports curriculum, research, and career pathways. It's a patchwork at the college level.

Thank you Chester for mentioning about our esports education work in Singapore. SCOGA.org works with GEF member SGEA and has a number of programmes (some supported by the Ministry of Education) including a full time private diploma. Indeed in Singapore SCOGA.org was requested by 17 public schools to help them reach kids with esports programmes that they had trouble reaching when the schools were physically closed during Covid. We managed to run daily esports activities for almost 1000 kids for 1 month

I'd also add to follow a path similar to Koen (and myself) become an expert in a game, community, and industry and then find a related job ie broadcasting, business development, marketing, event production etc related to esports and gaming. most pros exit around their mid-20s
