In low-middle income countries such as most countries in the Africa Continent, Data is a luxury. Accessing internet connectivity is also part of that struggle too. ow can be create a digital inclusivity for women and young girls with disability who are impoverished and do not have a requisite opportunities to access eLearning or Virtual skills?
